This memo is to congratulate you on the great crew who worked on my roof ...they worked long hours and never stopped except for short breaks to get the job done. They are to be commended for their work ethic and professionalism and for their expert high wire balancing act. They also cleared any debris at the end of each workday which was very much appreciated. They are an asset to your company and I'm sure you must be very proud to have them on your team. Hi Dayna, Thank you so much; it is rare to find such honesty in business these days, I really respect that. The work completed on the roof was first class. My neighbour even commented how impressed he was with the "system" you put on our roof. Contrast this to the new homes being built behind us where the shingles are applied directly to the plywood with no underlay, eaves or ridge protection and your product easily stands out. We are more than satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Niagara Roofmasters to anyone. I should also tell you my wife was impressed by the professionalism of your crew. I had called Roof Masters the end of summer with a leak. They told me they were 8 to 10 weeks away from getting to my roof but sent someone over to tarp it right away. They did the job in one day, they sent 6 guys and got it done within 8 hours. The supervisor Justin was friendly and polite and extremely courteous. My yard looked better when they left then before hand. I've read a couple reviews below and sorry to say but you're mistaken about this company. I would recommend them to family and friends with no hesitation!

Had several companies give me a quote but RoofMasters was the only one to sit down and explain in detail the material, warranty, and workmanship. Others would just leave an estimate in the mail box. They also updated when they would be arriving, came when they said they were, and finished the job quickly and cleaned up the whole site afterwards.

5 stars for this company...worked in some really harsh weather to get the job done..crew was great...couldn't be happier!
