Had someone come check why the furnace wasnt putting out heat. First day took almost 7 hours to have someone arrive. Not a personable individuel and didnt seem like he really knew what he was doing?said he was new. He kept huffin n puffin like something was wrong so upon asking if my furnace was agravating him, he mentioned no just things at home. He seemed to be paying more attention to his phone than anything?.....i was asking what he was doing so that maybe it would be something simple enough that i or my husband could fix in the future. Did not give me any answers. Was here for almost an hour did something to it. Then it worked for maybe an hour after the person left and stopped again. Next day someone else comes waited multiple hours again and the same situation..was here for about an hour... Told me I more than likly may need a new control panel on the furnace ($400 plus dollars)...and that I should just get a new furnace rather, because mine is very old and on its way out now....then says or it might just be the thermostat....i ask how much it would be to install a wifi one instead. Tells me they are no good and nothing but problems...but would cost around 400 and change to do it. ... I said to myself im getting a second opinion. Called an Industrial hvac tech. That a family member reccomended the guy comes here at the time stated mind you, and within less than >>10 minutes

Extremely happy and grateful for Ryan and friend for coming over on the coldest day of the year to fix an oddball furnace problem where it was constantly short cycling. They stayed longer than required to make sure the problem was actually fixed, and also addressed a bunch of concerns that we had. I would definitely use their service again.

John and his staff are very professional and accommodating. They did a few extras for us like our dryer hook up that I really appreciated. Great prices too. I have used them twice now for new furnaces etc in my houses. AS
