The employees were extremely nice and professional. They made my visit the highlight of my bachelor's trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in shooting guns.
Great experience for a bachelor party. Prices were very reasonable and staff were professional and informative, providing details to handle each firearm. We were also given ample time to take photos after shooting. The store and washrooms were clean.
First time I been to a range since I got my permit and pistols. I have done some target shooting at a friends cabin a couple times but I have always been intimidated to go to a range. The whole indoors next to people and so fourth it has just never seemed like something I would be interested in. My friend and I decided to go here and happy we did. The staff there was really nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. I brought my own hand guns and my friend rented. The range it's self was nice it was clean the and nice. We enjoyed our time her so much next time we go we both belive were just going to become members. I would and have recommend this range to everyone I know!
Very professional staff, but at the same time humerous and respectful. My friends and I were all first timers who came from Canada, and the staff made our experience very pleasant. It was my first time ever shooting an AK, and I did pretty well due to the safety instructions provided to us. I definitely recommend this place to all first timers!
Went to this range as my 1st range after receiving my handgun permit $17.00/ hour seems like a lot but an hour of shooting is a good amount of practice Personal that work at the range seem very knowledgeable and experienced while also very friendly. Very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this range to anyone in the area. Other patron seemed to keep to themselves, and were also seemingly enjoying their experience.
Phenomenal range. Fantastic staff and very safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I had a blast using an AR-15. What a rifle. I would have loved to shoot a 1911, but NY laws say otherwise. I will be returning to enjoy more time on the range. Every rifle they had was a different experience, and soooo much fun. I've read other reviews and anyone who call a rifle a weapon needs their head examined. They are a tool, nothing more.
I have gone here for years and purchased numerous guns. Today, when I went in to transfer a gun from me to someone else, I was rudely told no by an older man that worked there. I was told it wasn’t worth it to tie up the computers for $10, since they could possibly get a customer to come in and rent a range spot. I explained that I have been a customer for years. He said I should have made an appointment, however he had already told me that he wouldn’t do it anyways since I wasn’t a member. I walked in to Johnson’s in Lockport and they happily helped me. Disappointing that Niagara gun range lost my business, but I won’t be doing business with people who only care about big ticket sales and not taking care of loyal customers.
Great customer service and willing to help out when necessary. I took my pistol permit class here and the instructor as well as the course itself was top notch! The facility is up to date and they have a good selection of products. Highly recommended for NF/Wheatfield area!
Not a good experience. A old man at front so rude and not try to help at all. On their website and front door says Sunday close at 5:00PM, But they push us out at 3:00, sayin "we need to clean the range, I don't care what write on the website, you guys have to go now!" WTF??? don't give your business to them. Pay customer should have service they deserve, I guess they just don't care. This place is no go! Not worth! Just don't go!
I stop in at Niagara Gun Range every time I am in the area. They always have a great selection of product and a very nice, modern facility. The staff is always a pleasure to work with and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus their prices are always in line with other shops. If you are like me and want to support a great family owned business, then check them out.
