As a current Nexus holder, I visited this place twice in order to update my citizenship, passport, and name change information. Guess what? After 3+ weeks, they only put in the new passport number and expiry date WITHOUT changing the citizenship or my name on profile. How incompetent can they be?! Will never go back to this place... might as well go to YVR Airport or even Blaine.

Poor customer service. Gives the wrong information. I've tried to update my last name twice now at this location and they never updated it. I called the NEXUS office and they said I might be better off going to the Blaine office than to this location. You're better off visiting another location to save you the hassle. Avoid this one.

I was expecting to sit waiting for hours when I came in to change to my married name on my Nexus, but I was the only person at reception upon arrival, and the woman at reception was able to process me immediately. She simply took photocopies of my Nexus card, current passport and marriage certificate and in less than 2 minutes, I was on my way! So impressed with how easy that was. I’ve never had such quick service at a government facility.

I went to the office today on Main Street and was told that Nexus Enrolment had recently closed at this location. Update as of Sept 16th 2020...Nexus has confirmed that this location will not be re-opening post COVID. Post COVID, Nexus Enrolment needs will need to be serviced at YVR or at Birch Bay, WA.

Super convenient location but very incompetent workers. You only have one job - to help nexus holders update their information. Dont go here. Go to YVR instead or Blaine.
