This place literally has the minimal amount of cleanliness necessary to pass off as a restaurant. Pantry moth larva were crawling all over the inside of my awful awful. They must have an infestation. I don’t feel sorry for them, it’s easy enough to clean. Gross seeing worms inside your cup once your almost done with your shake.

I do enjoy Newport creamery, but this location seems to be taking a turn for the worst. I normally go to the Fall River and Seekonk location and they are so much better. It’s a shame to see what this place has turned into. Hopefully they can fix it sometime soon.
i’ve been coming here for years and i always loved having an original staff member as my server. the younger staff members are honestly a disappointment. will not be going here any longer
They treat their employees bad. Service use to be great, but they recently have slacked off. Wouldn’t recommend.
very pleasant, workers are very nice, place was super clean, and the food was very good... a 10 from me !
This is my girlfriend's favorite place and so do I. We love the dishes and how they treat they regulars.
Never disappoints. The food and service make a late lunch well worth the wait. All the coronvirus. Restriction were in place. I plan to visit again. TY
Terrible treatment of employees. Never planning on supporting this location.
