Was waiting outside with my 2yr old son in -20 weather and the owner/reception guy could not be more rude. I asked for a car with a booster and he said no cars are working. Are you kidding me?!!! Called back withthout asking for booster and he said all cars are busy for along time....don't call them. Terrible/rude service! Can not believe they are still in business. Probably not for long..

IF I COULD GIVE THIS RATING A 0/5 I WOULD. On October 31st around 12:50am I called a taxi to pick up my boyfriend and myself at a friends' party. I gave the taxi the address and our destination, and he said that the taxi would be on its way. I called back at about 1:30 wondering where the taxi was, and I was horrified with the lack of customer service and professionalism. The driver sounded as though he had no interest in talking to me. He did not make any sense, telling me that I had not called and then saying that the taxi would be another 40 minutes. I have proof of the call on my phone records. I happily downloaded uber on my phone and can say I will never be calling Newmarket taxi and limo for a ride ever again.

The only taxi company that will come 40 minutes late, cause you to miss an important appointment, charge you anyway, then ban your number for complaining. Horrible company. Shut them down, please. Oh, and the dispatcher was a woman. If you know who I'm talking about, you'll probably agree that she may just be the most incompetent worker in the company (or any taxi company, for that matter). ...And that's just one problem I had with them, before I realized Solo Taxi doesn't come late nearly as much

Horrible! Kept hanging up on me when I tried to call for a cab early in the morning. This is why Uber is winning these days. Pathetic

If I could, No stars, I would ! For the 4th time in 2 weeks the 10 minutes went to 35 and calling back was told another 10 min. !? I'm physically disabled can not drive and not safe to walk. I've been told by several friends to use Uber in Aurora !
