One real standout moment for us occurred when we told Stewart that we were switching gears and going to rent after selling our home in Stonehaven. I have known Stewart since 1991 when we purchased our first home in Newmarket at an open house he had listed.. The past 25 years we have bought and sold with Stewart 6 houses in the area. He has seen us through law school , marriage and kids. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is extremely patient, never pushy and prices the homes to sell. No over inflation, never wastes your time on the market or just looking for his commission. The past year we looked at 40 + houses not once did he pressure me to buy. In a difficult market he sold our house for 98% of asking. This is our third house he has sold and found us our final condo at the Renaissance in Richmond Hill. A quality agent and person.
