Horrible service. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I brought a very expensive down-filled coat to be dry cleaned. Not only was my coat not ready on time, it was RIPPED when I picked it up. I brought it back for repair, and again, it was not ready on time. At this point I was not happy, so I said I wasn't happy. The man basically told me it's not his problem, accused me of ripping the coat, and said he "had way better coats there than mine." Not the way to treat a customer. And then he went towards the back and was complaining to the other worker about me! So unprofessional. Won't be back.

Terrible service. I wanted my pants taken in at the waist. He wouldn't listen to what I needed done and ruined my pants! He hemmed them and made the waist band narrow, now they look awful, are too short and still don't fit my waist. When I went back to complain he told me that he did what needed to be done and wouldn't even apologize. I will never go back and will never recommend this place. I have also gone back to the store that recommended him in the first place and told them about my ruined pants. They won't be recommending him anymore either.

Very fast, professional, and friendly service. I got my pants altered exactly the way I wanted. My partner was going to have his jackets modified but he was advised against it by the gentleman and he explained exactly why it wasn't something we'd be satisfied with. Saved us money and a headache. Definitely will be going back here next time we need alterations done.
