Newfound Sushi is a full service restaurant with dine in or take out services. We offer a wide variety of Sushi, Salads, Stir fry's,and grilled seafood. In the evenings we open up the Izakaya upper level and offer many tapas style selection. There is something on the menu for everyone including the non sushi lover.
We offer 9 beers on tap,with a selection of local beers. Lots of Japanese inspired cocktails and a nice selection of white and red wines as well as the largest selection of Sake in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Reservations are highly recommended and walk-ins are welcome!

Best sushi show in west Newfoundland, different variety of sushi and other kind of dishes available. Must try, Quick Tip don’t order any sushi plate which is over 18 dollar, try to order more plates as each serve have 8 to 10 sushi approx. I order a plate of sushi which has 12 thin sushi which was 26$ was really taste but there are more better options if you chose sincerely. Over all great experience, great staff try to book reservation.
If you’re looking for an exceptional dine-in experience in Corner Brook, this place is a must-visit. The food was outstanding—I tried the sashimi, and the presentation was absolutely stunning. I also had the stir-fry and vegetable ramen, and both were fantastic. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared.nnThe restaurant is always busy, so I’d highly recommend making a reservation. We didn’t have one, but luckily, they found a way to accommodate us. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to respond, making the experience even better.nnIf I find myself in Corner Brook again, this will be my go-to spot for dinner!
I had an absolutely incredible experience at Newfound sushi, and a big part of that was thanks to Anna, our amazing server! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our visit special.nnWe were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and Anna made it unforgettable by surprising us with a delicious cheesecake for dessert. Her thoughtful gesture, warm personality, and impeccable service truly made our evening feel personal and memorable.nnThe sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—some of the best we’ve ever had. Combined with the outstanding service from Anna and the cozy atmosphere, it made for a perfect dining experience.nnThank you, Anna, and the entire team, for making our celebration so special. Went there for Ramen.nAppetizers are like every Japanese restaurant elsewhere.nHad the shoyu ramen. The Chiashu Pork and the Tamago were done great. Missing the aromatics. Broth was salty. Noodles were overcooked. I told the server the noodles were overcooked and asked for noodles separately, they were still overcooked.nnWill have to go back for sushi.nnServers were great. Ambiance is nice. Location has got quite a view of the waters and mountain.
Delicious meal as always! As well as excellent service! This was the first time I’ve been to Newfound Sushi with my one year old. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful with whatever we needed for her, however, the high chair provided was not adequate for a one year old. There were no straps to keep her in, and the table portion would easily detach.
