Newaygo Urgent Care

Went in about three weeks ago and they diagnosed me with thrush. Ended up going to emergency and had Covid tongue not thrush! and I’ve had Covid for three weeks went in yesterday and told them that I was still having sinus issues and possible bronchitis and the doctor would not see me told me I just had Covid and he wasn’t going to prescribe anything and I needed to just let it run its course drove 2 1/2 hours to Brighton where my sister-in-law knows the doctor that works in the urgent care and they saw me immediately did an x-ray I had pneumonia and a sinus infection, put me on steroids and a Z pack and a day and a half later I’m like a new person thanks a lot Newaygo urgent care! Pathetic! Your doctor from yesterday is rude and unprofessional!

I've had to take my kids to the walk in clinic a few times over the last two years, and have always had a positive experience with everyone. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, and the medical staff is helpful, and understanding.

Hours: Open until 8 p.m. Pull into parking lot about 4 p.m. Call into their "virtual check in" and notify them I have a 15 yr old with broken wrist. Girl on phone tells me that shes "gonna lay it on me" and tells me they usually close xray around 4:30 p.m and the girl is ready to go home and she has 2 other patients so the odds of my son getting seen are its not gonna happen. What URGENT care center turns away an injured teen as if its nothing because the staff is "ready to go home" ?! We ALL are ready to go home! Not like we came in for dinner!

Apparently urgent care randomly closes for the week. Unreliable hours. Guess we make a doctors appointment.

Just got off the phone with a very rude woman! I was trying to talk about getting a scheduled Covid test and this lady seriously hung up on me!!! I have never ever received this service from here before and am VERY disappointed.
