New Westminster Secondary School truly lives up to its reputation as the best. Not only does it offer top-notch education, but the people here are also exceptional. From the dedicated teachers to the friendly students, the supportive community at NWSS makes it a standout institution.
There are so many opportunities to improve my English skill, but it seems like the information is not that clear, such as the class on collaboration day , snowing day, and the last day of summer vacation.nAnyways, I love this school and the teachers here, so I’m willing to graduate this school.nMy favourite subjects are chamber choir, cafeteria training, and foods. Foods in cafeteria are delicious!nOh ,and we finally got wifi:
The schools nice for the most part, I've been here for a year and I've made a lot of good friends. Most all the teachers except for a select few are quite good and the councilors are very helpful. The food in the server is allways good and the menu changes dailynnThere is however many things I find frustrating. The wifi is one of the worst I've used, I'm almost never able to do any work online using the wifi because it's so slow. They have a room with a couple councilors that's ment to be a safe space and provide resources for anyone in need, although their not the least bit welcoming the few times I've been there the councilors will allways question why I'm there and not in class, they've never been helpful and do nothing to keep the noise down, it's constantly extremely loud because of one group. It's the furthest thing from a safe space there is.nThe school was very obviously cheaply made, constructed entirely of concrete and glass, and you can rarely find anywhere quiet to work, there's small balcony that lead down to the first floor where students will drop things regularly. And they also carry noise all throughout the building since there's allways noise coming from the elective classes downstairs. The glass walls also make it impossible to find anywhere private to work aswell. And it's extremely distracting in class. There's still no air conditioning despite last summer being absolutely brutal. It's a very difficult environment to work in and shows whoever designed the school is an absolute moron. I like the people qnd teachers there's a lot for community and many good people but the building itself and the resources they provide tend to be less than helpful.
4.5 stars, it is a very spacious new building, noting the area I visited yesterday. Big enough to get a special gathering and then some. Appears to have good circuit facility or running oval.
Pretty good school. Only complaint is that the stalls are too short, so people look over them. Overall I'd give it a 8.5/10
