Honestly the staff is mostly great when the ER is open that's right that's not a typo they regularly close the ER a few days a week which means when they are open expect to wait 4 to 5 hours to see a doctor if there is one in.... If there is not a doc the nearest hospital is the cape Breton regional which is about a half hour drive or so which could be the difference between life an death in an emergency
