A bad storm hit BC and we were without power for a few days. Contacted PRIMA Power Systems and they brought us out a portable generator. It was great! We then had them install a permanent generator, which is super quiet. Awesome customer service!

Dear Harold,  Just a short note to let you know, what a pleasant experience it has been dealing with you and your staff.  The installation went so smoothly, and just in time for my first 10 hours power outage. I was sitting at my computer at the time., and within about 6 seconds, the generator took over,  and it was life as usual. My well pump was drawing water, the Heat Pump was working,  computer and TV were on. Living alone in a big house, it was such a comfort,  Life is good. Why did I wait so long?    
PS:  The Cummins Onan generator is so quiet, I could not hear it from inside the house. I had to open the window to make sure it really was on.
