New Richmond Ambulance

I will make this as easy as possible. 1. I drove a tractor trailer 2. I will not drive a tractor trailer into a hospital parking lot 3. The hospital billed my address but somehow these guys did not 4. This place was quick to send my bill to collections after having sent it to an incorrect address 5. I have a derogatory remark on my credit now 6. I called to figure out what in the nine hells is going on with this place, was assured derogatory remark would be removed and billed like a normal operating business would do 7. Derogatory remark still remains As far as I am concerned my credit score is so high this pathetic attempt at collecting money doesn't even affect me. At this point the company has damaged my credit, I will never pay any money to this place and will happily fight any judgement thrown against me. This has been an entertaining couple of years but my patience is over. You guys are history and will never, I repeat NEVER get a cent from me.

It literally took them 20 minutes hust to get to my house when i live reight next to it DO BETTER

They drove me 2 blocks the hospital. Then when they send bill I tried to call and fix. But they said they can't help me and sent it to a bill collector.. worst ambulance service I've ever seen.

I have always heard great comments from The NREMS. Very kind professional care.
