FINAL UPDATE: Called the number I was instructed to in the comment from owner and was reimbursed another order of the same as below. The pizza was cooked much better and the garlic cheese bread was also cooked without being burnt. I appreciate the effort from New Orleans Pizza to make things right and will consider them the next time I am looking to order pizza in town. UPDATE: After e-mailing the e-mail in the comment from the owner I have yet to get a reply after 2+ weeks of waiting… ORIGINAL POST: Ordered a pizza yesterday and what I got was raw dough with not all the toppings I asked for and burnt garlic cheese bread. I ordered online and wanted pepperoni on half the pizza and some veggies on the whole pizza. Also asked for it thin crust and well done. Well it was not thin crust, was missing the pepperoni and filled with grease/completely uncooked in the middle of the pizza. The garlic cheese bread on the other hand was well done to the point where it was black on the bottom. The staff inside seemed to be more occupied with gossiping to each other than actually working and making a good pizza. Might have to make the drive to Acton the next time we want a pizza since this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten a sub par pizza from here.
Our first experience with Vegan pizzas at the Shelburne location and instantly fell in love with them and since then at every visit we devoured them. While driving on 7 we knew of this location and immediately ordered two vegan large pizzas, one vegan pepperoni and the other vegan Garden Pesto our fav. The inside very clean, the service quick. The pizzas were ready within a few minutes of arrival and could not wait even the 20 minutes drive home. The Vegan Pepperoni was on the mark. Enough Cheeze, fairly good quantity of pepperoni, the crust just as I remembered. 5/5 The other box Garden Pesto - turned out to be not vegan. I was so disappointed. I don’t understand what happened and where the miscommunication happened. When we arrived we did say that we are here to pick up the vegan pizzas ordered over the phone. Not a complete washout. At least the rest of non vegans ate and vegans with a frown.
Best pizza I've ever had. I've always been in search of my go to pizza place, came across new Orleans pizza by chance and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Great flavour, kind staff, perfectly cooked pizza, not greasy what so ever! Makes any other pizza joint just seem subpar.Food: 5/5
Completely disrespectfulof their customers... I have ordered from them twice and they have messed up twice. The first time I ordered, I chose delivery and they "forgot" to deliver my pizzas... for over an hour and a half! I had to drive in to the shop to pickup my own cold pizzas, Which were compensated for, but not re-made. This time I ordered for pickup and I was told "your pizzas will be ready in 20 minutes". I arrived 25 minutes later to discover that the staff was socializing and neglected to start making my pizzas. This new orleans pizza shop needs a change in management. I am completely disappointed in this local business.
Almost everytime we order the pizza dough is flat and is definitely old. Not puffy like an actual pizza should be. It's never cut all the way through and sliced unevenly. Really disappointing for being one of the only pizza joints in town .
Picked up a small pepperoni pizza with some dipping and a drink! Amazed at the price the service and the pizza quality! Definitely check them out if you are in the Rockwood conservation area! They won't let you down

Went there for the first time after a full day at Rockwood Conservation Area. We were so hungry and this hit the spot. They didn't skimp on the toppings and was very flavourful. The prices for the specials were decent. The girl that served us was very friendly, patient and polite. I would definitely go back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was cause would have liked the crust in the center to be more crispy, the edge was perfect lol. Maybe they have a thin crust which I never looked for and that would solve that.
One of the worst pizza slices I've ever had in my life. It wasn't even warm. I hope I don't get sick. It was probably sitting there all day. With flies perched on the bars inside the glass display...the pepperoni's were like sheet rock...signs of hours of sitting there under a halogen bulb. I should have just walked back out. The girl behind the cash was nice enough, but I didn't really need a step by step instruction on how to make an interac payment, maybe the locals do...idk
Amazing Pizza, Great Service. New Orleans Pizza never disappoints, add to it good service from the location doubles your pleasure.
