All barbers are good . Just too many complainers out there . To All the complainers , please dont visit hair salons and cut your own hair at home.

Katie is a gem of a person. I really loved the care with which the service was delivered. The prices are perfect even though the place is in downtown. The hair cut was perfect and I would certainly come back again.

Five stars: From my first visit I knew New Look was now my regular spot for a cut.  Ever since, I've been coming to New Look exclusively. Great vibe and good conversation -- Amy does a great job!

love this place..been here twice..the third time was free touch up!!!very nice owners..very reasonable prices.....excellent service. love U....love Benjamin......Mathew is awesome too.....all very willing  and excited to do your hair ..I wil always come here when I'm visiting Toronto!
