They are not very welcoming. All the staff looks miserable and they don't like to engage with the customers any more than they have to. They only accept cash. The food is decent if it is fresh which isn't as often as I would like but I don't go here often. And the prices seem to be high for the selection that they have. It is a smaller selection. They seem to have a few select dishes they stick with, the variety hardly ever changes. They do prepare fresh food if they see several groups come in but I find it best to come in and wait before you get a plate so they can prepare fresh food. The grill is pretty cool and I seen someone using it this time. The food that came from it was pretty good. I am not sure if there is any foods there that are prepared gluten free and the staff did not seem to know either when asked but it's a buffet so you can pretty much rule that out for the contamination factor alone. Vegetarian options: I am not 100% sure all the things they use in the food prep but some of the items there look like they could possibly be vegetarian. Parking: The parking is nice because it is in the plaza so we have never had an issue with parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibly of the tables would work for someone in a wheelchair but the way the buffet is set up is very narrow and I would imagine this would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to get their own food. The bathroom female anyway seemed large enough to accommodate a wheelchair but I am unsure if there are safety bars there.
Worst dining experience ever…$11.00 wasted on lunch. Food was barely warm and seemed to have been cooked early to set on the buffet. I was in food service for many years, no way these warming pans were at correct temps to prevent food borne illnesses. No staff in sight, just cashier at front to take your money. Food was not fresh, no flavor and little to pick from for the amount paid. I had read mixed reviews but thought I would take a chance and try them out. Big mistake but not one I will repeat again.
Fresh food and yummy .nice place to go with parents or meet friends there
If you actually value taste and flavor -DONT DO IT! Everything tasted so strange. Absolutely nothing was hot- maybe luke warm at best. The jello was even a weird texture. Trust the reviews, we didn't! I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down!
$48 worth of food, but one item sooo rediculiously bad, will never return !! Two orders of Crab Rangoon with dough so tough that jerky is easier to chew like a dog ripping into raw meat, & less than 1/2 teaspoon of filling !! Doughnuts ok. Onion rings - greasy but ok. General Tao's ok but more fried rice than chicken= lacking. Spring rolls ok but greasy. Soup ok. Overall disappointed !! Rangoon= Absolute Worst food item have Ever Had !!!
Good not so good even rice was under cooked soda was flat not impressed it's my least favorite Chinese food restaurant baround my home but the one I usually go to is closed Mondays how does a Chinese restaurant not know how to do rice correctly it's a shame
Was pretty good, but high in price for not a big selection. They only accept cash, which is weird and not ok. The last couple times they have been lacking or out of 3-6 items in the buffet making it very lackluster, especially when there are personal favorites missing.
Best Chinese in town, the orange chicken is awesome and I also always get the section where you put all the raw foods and they cook it on the grill, the selection of sprouts, bok Choy, fresh chicken, onions, broccoli, noodles. The staff is always super friendly even if they do not speak good English. Don’t forget the ice cream in the self serve section of the freezer I always get the strawberry cream swirl and ad some fortune cookies.
She picked the food off the floor and put it back in the tray for people to eat Long ago, this was my favorite restaurant, and mostly for the Crab Rangoon. Over the years I've seen it get worse and worse. We even stopped going there cause the food has just gotten that bad. Every once in awhile I will go just for the Crab Rangoon. Well, decided to give it a try today, and my family and I regretted every minute of it. The food was awful, tasted old and dried out, not fresh at all. The Crab Rangoon was skimpy. Not the same at all, used to be completely full, now only has a tiny squirt in it and really tough to eat. It was terrible. Towards the end seen some jello on the floor when we went over to get some cakes. Walked around it and everything. When we were getting ready to leave, the woman that goes over and checks on the pans picked the jello piece off the floor and put it back in the pan for people to eat. We ALL watched her do it. So gross! I told the kid when walking out terrible food, he just continued looking at his games on his computer. This place should be shut down! If not shut down, a new owner needs to step in. These people currently in here are gross. Do not go here! It's for your own safety!
All the food was soggy, burnt or both. The food was so bad. Everything is covered with grease a d the drinks were fine if you didn’t look under the spouts. They had sodas in open containers filled with food and wood shavings from the table above it. Its all terrible. The food had to have sat there for a few days and reheated with a heat lamp and a leaking steam line. Just terrible. The noodles were so old that they had hardened in there ramon noodle shaped solid square.
