They always seem to have a wait. So come here expecting a 15-60+ minute wait. With that being said there is a reason there is always a wait.The foods pretty good. The pancakes are huge. They have unique food choices on the menu to choose from. The prices are reasonable.I got a bacon breakfast sandwich which came with home fries.I added extra peppers and onions.I also added on a extra side of bacon .My son got a adult blueberry chocolate chip pancake. He added a extra side of sausage.My daughter got the sweet potato hash. She added a extra side of fruit. My daughters sweet potato hash didn't have any avocado like it was supposed to. Other than that the food was all verry tasty. After we ate we shopped in the store.We purchased a coffee mug, various flavored honey sticks, and two HUGE cookies. Combined total between the store and breakfast was only around $45.

After seeing their products for sale all around the area,  we decided to check out their cafe and store. The building is not very impressive from the outside. It looks like big red  warehouse with the cafe/store on one end. Inside has a quaint county style,  with old milling machines and knickknacks on a 2nd floor balcony. Half  the space is the cafe in front and the back is the store. The menu selection for breakfast is what you would expect from a mill, something like 15 different kinds of pancakes, all made with their own products. The lunch menu is pretty extensive too. Sandwiches,  burgers, soups and salads. The 11 bean and ham soup was fabulous,  the Smash Burger and Chicken Tenders were delicious. We will be going back soon. I visited this New Hope Mills Cafe & Store a year ago. Their lunch was wonderful, especially their French Onion Soup! I definitely recommend this place and the pancake sandwich bun is ingenious! It was nice and soft- but firm, and it was a great twist to the sandwich. The service staff was always attentive. I also looking at all the merchandise in the store. Definitely check this place out!

The food is amazing, so was the cocoa. The hot cocoa was so good I had to buy myself some for home.  And the vibe is just so cute. 10/10 get yourself an eat local NY card, spend $25 there and get $5 off. And then go every week bc I am tempted to do just that. I've literally never had over easy eggs cooked so perfectly and attractively at a restaurant. Plus the pancakes are to die for.

Stopped in for breakfast and found the biscuits and gravy were spot on! Got 2 eggs on top and they were perfect. Only about 12 tables here, but well worth the wait if you had to.Food: 5/5

This is a great place for breakfast. We've heard about the restaurant/store and have been meaning to visit. We are so glad we did. The pancakes were fantastic, of course. The rest of the food was just as good as was the service.  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

Visit an historical landmark,  enjoy a delightful breakfast, casual lunch or dinner, then shop from an assortment of homespun seasonal gifts and food items!  Our lunch was skillfully prepared and delicious!Food: 5/5

Are we enjoyed it very much winter with my girlfriend and her mother and they have grits I'm a big fan of grits eggs will cook right on spot their waffles are cooked great pancakes just delicious  Vegetarian options: Well my girlfriend&#39;s vegetarian so they had something for her  Kid-friendliness: There&#39;s adults children everything there very nice enough separation where you you can enjoy your own breakfast without you know a lot of chatter  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair Rapids nice and long very easy to get up if you had to

Great find, highly recommend stopping by when in the area! Breakfast is always available, we did lunch and it was delicious. Wonderful, attentive staff. The absolute best pancakes out there. I always have their pancake mix with me here in Brooklyn. I always stock up when I visit. Their syrup is also a must have! I recommend eating in person in their barn styled restaurant and for sure check out their shop, so you can grab some pancake mix to take home with you.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
