Great service.  Helpful in directing us to local places. Very friendly!!

The best gelato!!!  Great inventive flavors, the apple pie and cannoli flavors are delicious so is the amavre cherry.  Johny is very friendly and welcoming!! they also have a lot of local area info.

As a New Haven local I am pleased to see the visitor center reopened. I commend the City of New Haven, mayor Toni harp, the board of Alders, and the owner of Brazis Restaurant for making it happen.

Lots of pamphlets staff unhelpful
