I just finished my first appointment and I’m very impressed. The staff was very professional and kind. Dentist sat down and explained my situation and showed his expertise in everything. The experience was comfortable and pleasant. Overall I felt in good hands the whole time.
Very polite personnel, clean area waiting room two tv not function. My companion extraction by Dr. Lee was kind by force after she complain the pain after few anesthesia still did the job. She won't visit here for extraction anymore. My opinion i will if needed. You be the judge.
I was very impressed with this office. I had a lot of pain over the weekend and came in with fear as I don’t do too well with dentists in the past even as an adult. They did a great job calming my nerves and continuing on with the work. The x-rays and cleaning were pretty standard and pain free and comfortable. Love this office.
My 5 year old had her checkup today and the attention she received from the hygienist was amazing. The dentist was great as well. Clean office and nice staff. Accommodating with payment. Thank you.
I needed quick dental attention and I’m not a local to Brookfield so I Googled dentists near me. The first two offices I called didn’t even answer their phones. The 3rd kept me on hold after only a few words. Then New England Dental answered and got me in for an emergency appointment right away.
Rude, Disrespectful, Dirty... poor covid protocol... over crowded waiting rooms... would not recommend ... plenty of other dentists in the area... STAY AWAY
I broke my crown from a different office and called for an appointment. They got me in the same day and took care of things very seamlessly. I've been thinking about switching dentists for a while and I'm now glad I did.
