I really look forward to my sessions with the social workers and the harmonic egg. It is an immersive experience like no other. It is time I set aside for myself to relax, rejuvenate and work on myself, which I normally find hard to do. The social work atmosphere is relaxing and comforting, which I wasn't expecting. I highly recommend treating your nervous system to an egg session on a regular basis to rewire it from the fight or flight society we live in. It has helped me feel more calm and easily work through my emotions, instead of getting overwhelmed with them.
New Earth is like a total mind retreat! The moment you walk through the doors you feel more relaxed and calm. And those giant eggs are a sight to see! Sitting in the egg is not only beautiful, but also feels like a meditation session. The music, calming lights and general atmosphere give you a sense of calm that you can’t get anywhere else.
New Earth Wellness is a beautiful and tranquil place. You can immediately feel a shift in energy as soon as you arrive, and the staff are friendly, compassionate, and so knowledgeable. I have had multiple sessions and all of them were different, leaving me either restored or relaxed, and I recommend the Harmonic Egg as often as possible! Thank you, Kristy, Pam & Ashley
I am grateful for my first experience in the Harmonic Egg! I was greeted by Ashley who was wonderful at going through my intake form. After setting my intention for the session, she tucked me in the zero gravity chair inside the egg where I was nice and cozy. She chose sound/music that suited my intention for the session. Within minutes after she closed the door, I had tears slowly rolling down my cheeks from feelings of being taken care of and being given what I needed. Throughout the session it felt as if I was wearing headphones but I wasn’t. I was fully immersed in the sound a light from the egg. It was beautiful. Like a big hug. I didn’t want it to end. As time is progressing throughout the day, I’m noticing less internal reactivity to things that typically irritate or stress me out. I still needed to take some deep breaths here and there, but I’m feeling more at ease and calm. Thank you @newearthwellnesscentre for this wonderful experience. Can’t wait for my next session in September!
