I love this clinic! Everyone is nice and everything looks so clean. I get my treatments done by Nadia and she is the best!! She’s so kind and knowledgeable and she takes time to explain things to me in a way I’d actually understand. I come here for my laser and other skin treatments. This place is amazing especially the professionals working on you. I take my laser treatments from Nadia at uptown location and she makes each session tailored to my specific needs. The best part is that she takes her time to evaluate the progress at recurrent visits. I enjoy my sessions and the knowledge I gain helps me plan ahead.She goes above and beyond. I surely recommend this clinic.
NewDermaMed has never failed to disappoint me. Although some of the prices can be high, they always do incredible seasonal sales that literally can be up to literally like 70% off. I get laser done here, and i’m very satisfied with my results. If you chose to get laser here, you have to request Nadia! She is absolutely amazing and makes me feel so comfortable. She is so personable and makes me feel special every time I come in. She is just simply amazing at her job. Nadia, you are the best !!
About a year ago I decided to try the treatments at NewDermaMed to combat my oily, acne prone adult skin. For almost 15 years my skin was congested, bumpy and never clear of acne, but after a full set of laser acne treatments and chemical peel sessions, I’m happy to report my skin is finally looking healthy! I found all the staff members here kind, patient and professional. As part of my treatment plan, they took pictures of my face throughout the year and I can’t wait to see the before and after comparisons. Special shoutout to Nadia for helping me on my skincare journey and always making me feel welcome here. I recommend this place to anybody looking to improve the condition of their skin!
Sadly I have to give 1 star even if they have good customer service. I had terrible terrible treatment results with both the downtown and uptown location. Last year around Sept 2021 I purchased a 6-session package to prepare for my wedding this September 2022. Seeing from their ads that their micro-needling would make an appearance of glowing has become a nightmare to me. I have some face spotsvery mild scars that I would like to minimize the pores, but instead, it got x100 worse than before. My little pores have collided from the micro-needling procedure and become gigantic pores!!!! When telling them in person about my concern the clinic doesn't seem to have any plans or initiative on resolving the issue, so I emailed them for urgent help, then they would take action and respond to emails. Giving them a chance to treat it they did 2 other procedures that lead to nothing. I even bought their suggested expensive creams that are exclusive to them only, but it didn't help either. I was so patient and hoped it would heal over time, after 9 months it's still very noticeable even under a full-coverage makeup. Everyone in my family and friends noticed that it was horrible, and it lowered my self-esteem. I also just found out that they had issues with other clients for e.g mole removal that lead to permanent scars too. refer to all the low-rating reviews for both branches They might be good for other procedures such as laser hair removal but for face treatment, it's not always for everyone. Going to a face treatment in this clinic has been the worst decision that I've ever had, now that I'm living with permanent scars :
I did my treatment with Catherine, she was so professional and caring. I always get compliments about my face. Also what I really liked about her is how she cares after treatment, following up calls , emails were very helpful.
Don't trust the 5-star reviews, they offer discount cards to people who give nice reviews. The place is shady and is focused on upselling customers treatments they don't need just so they can hit their sales quotas and an employee admitted that they are pushed to sell more services to customers regardless of if they need it or not. If they push you towards a service that should not have been prescribed in the first place, they won't refund you either so keep that in mind before purchasing anything The employees here are nice and service can be good. However, there's pushy sales pressure where they push you to purchase treatments that aren't necessarily right for you. Check with your dermatologist before agreeing to undergo anything with them. They recommended laser treatments to someone who had active acne which ultimately worsened it and a dermatologist said that they were negligent in prescribing that treatment I spoke with an employee and she said that there is sales pressure put on the employees which pressures them to push services that aren't right for customers I'm working with a lawyer so please reach out if you are a customer or current/former employee who has had a negative experience with NewDermaMed and would like to talk anonymously
I had acne scar laser treatment and mole removal at this place 5 years ago. I purchased 6 sessions and costed over $1000. Unfortunately, the laser treatment just enlarged and deepened the scar size + created an uneven skin surface around the mole the mole is still there too. I regret the decision I made 5 years ago every time I see the mirror. Would've been happier without the treatment.
I had a great experience at NewDermaMed. The service was excellent and I’m very happy with my results. Catherine was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job and I highly recommend her.
Beautiful large clean clinic/facility, all staff were very smart and informative and consultative. I appreciated their approach and how professional they were with all services! Definitely will be coming back.
