The best Indian Restaurant in Canada. Located along Highway 16 in Lloydminster, the restaurant is a typical pub and restaurant. I ordered vegthali and my daughter ordered the non-vegthali. The waitress gave us the options of spicey, medium spicy and regular spicey. I opted for the super spicy and guess what? THE FOOD WAS AWESOOOOOOOOME! I have been searching for an authentic Indian food since I moved to Canada in 2008 from Kuwait where my family stayed for nearly 25 years. We ate authentic, home cooked like, Indian food daily and this is my reference. Now I found it and could not believe it is in Lloydminster.nMy wife ordered chicken biryani which was also awesome and just right for my taste. My daughter too was amazed by the taste of her non-vegthali.nAll in All, the best Indian Restaurant in Canada. 10-out of-10.nThe staffs are good too and the cook knows what he's doing.nHighly recommended
Went at this restaurant tonight20 nov for my sister birthday dinner, we were impressed by the customer service provided, the girl working there was very humble and provided the best service. The food was soooo good, to be honest we were not expecting this much tasty food in the city but this restaurant surprised us with the taste and flavours. Wonderful quality and quantity with less waiting time for food.
Food was descent and has a bar vibe to it. They also have active VLT'S at this spot. So if you are down for drinks and indian food then this is your spot.
First time here, got the lunch combo special, which was decent overall : even though the butter chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste; the naan & channa masala was very good though...nnThe atmosphere is a bit too dark & gloomy for me personally, but wait staff is nice.nnLamb curry and portion is pretty good for the price. Naan was a bit dry this time.
I ordered for pickup and my man went to get it, so I am not sure about the atmosphere... but the food was INCREDIBLE. I have spent a lot of time in india, and this was very authentic and delicious. We ordered 5 dishes and they were all so unique and flavourful - definitely will order again!!
