Seriously, it is embarrassing. I brought one family here newcomers to pick up some stuff guys. You should see there is nothing in there and good luck to find anything you know what time thanks to the Salvation Army. They have the stuff here like even the poorest country will not take it. Can you guys see what’s going on here? I don’t understand. I did ask the manager. She just laugh at me. This is embarrassing of Canada. I’m sorry to government of Canada to have a organization like that.
Poor volunteer coordinations and lack of volunteer is the reason for empty shelves. There was very few items to choose from and no other opportunity for the next 4 months
May God keep blessing New Circles, its an amazing free shopping store, always have nice items and give you plenty of time to shop around!
Fraudsters! They cancelled my appointment stating they will be closed and when I tried rebooking I couldn't coz my details couldn't be reused to book the appointment as per their system. So I asked them to book the appointment for next available date but they didn't respond to my email. Looks like they just looking for funding without actually helping the needy.
They are very unempathetic. I was scheduled for an appointment for shopping. When I got there they told me that they were closed. Even though they were the ones who accepted my appointment. They didn’t send an email or text to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. I had to take time off work, lose my hours from work and I was very sick. Yet I was not allowed to shop. They let me go and didn’t even try to make it work. Even with me being sick. I came from a long distance, spent all that money to get there and drag sick self out here. Their manager was of no help as well. They are a zero stars. Very unhelpful set of people even when it was their fault. Their front desk staff was also rude. They are supposed to be to help those in need but they don’t care.
