They are very unempathetic. I was scheduled for an appointment for shopping. When I got there they told me that they were closed. Even though they were the ones who accepted my appointment. They didn’t send an email or text to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. I had to take time off work, lose my hours from work and I was very sick. Yet I was not allowed to shop. They let me go and didn’t even try to make it work. Even with me being sick. I came from a long distance, spent all that money to get there and drag sick self out here. Their manager was of no help as well. They are a zero stars. Very unhelpful set of people even when it was their fault. Their front desk staff was also rude. They are supposed to be to help those in need but they don’t care.
What a great organization! Our workplace volunteered here today and it was well organized. Highly recommend as an option for your volunteer hours. Also think about them if you have clothing to donate. What they can’t use gets passed to other organizations in need.
I take this opportunity to extend my great thanks to the new circles community for being there for us ,your have been parents to us as the new people in Canada and others as a whole .Thank you.
Amazing place for newcomers to pick up clothing to start with and it's free. Most importantly it's a great place to do your drop offs for neatly used clothing and shoes for those in need. At this time they lacked clothing for Boys age 4-7 both tops and pants.
Surprisingly nice space and nice staff.nnI came just for the clothing but I left with more than that. The intake worker was very helpful. He even suggested some places I can look at for employment and certifications.
