Overall, great experiences at New Caledon Physiotherapy Centre. Marco, the massage therapist is highly skilled and attentive. He works with you to understand your needs and preferences. Would recommend him. Reshma, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I have been to this place a few times and the massages with Marco and services were consistent. I will continue to come for massages at this place.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with New Caledon Physiotherapy Centre. They did not honor their promises regarding services and treatment plans. What was initially assured to me did not match the actual care provided, and their communication was poor. I felt deceived and disregarded as a client. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this centre.
