Staff was extremely helpful in finding the correct shoe for my needs. They also did a computer analysis of my feet which identified the need for orthotics. I'm confident that the combination of the right shoe and the orthotics will prevent injuries down the road.I highly recommend this store!

Very nice and helpful staff. If you want good service and don't mind paying extra for your shoes this would be a good place to go!

Went there yesterday and felt like I was a bother to the salesman even thou I spent over $300.00 on shoes. Thinking of taking them back and going elsewhere. He rushed me out just to deal with a customer who never purchase anything at all. When I ask for a shoe horn he never gave me one but of course gave the customer who never purchase anything hmm. Guest they don't want anyone to purchase. Will be writing a letter to new balance regarding this.
