Came across a business who was falsely advertising it was BBB accredited and when I reported the business to BBB they did nothing and the business is still rated A+. Yes a company can use the BBB logo when they're not a member and even after being caught they won't lose their A+ rating. BBB is good for nothing.

Absolutely cater to the business. Dont waste your time, this office in particuar are all yes men.

There taking complaints from liers and herassers like charle cook and they don't want to answer the business owners when they call
