The services of this cleaner are over for me... clothes still stained but nothing is said when I pick it up other than charging me $18.11. I go back a few minutes later to show the stains that are still there but with additional dark circles... and I get yelled at that she washed it 3x and there's nothing she can do... no excuses, no offers to lower the price… nothing! It's terrible... I don't recommend this cleaner in any way...
In 2023, the stains on the quilt caused by the cover have been successfully removed. However, in 2024, the same stains caused by the same cover can no longer be removed. Find the error... nnAdditionally, the duvet was returned to me half-dry! nnThey offered me a second cleaning for free, but since the stains had been fixed by the first wash, I knew it was hopeless.
