Had my carpet cleaned, I am very satisfied. The staff was friendly and kind. They have to send it out to be cleaned, but called me as soon as it was back which was actually quicker than expected! Very accommodating and kind.
I love this place! I've been going there for 3 years. I bring my suits and shirts on a regular basis. I'm there every week. They always done everything perfectly. They were even able to fix one of my blazers that another dry cleaner had basically ruined. Customer for life
Horrible customer service does not care about their clientele - no refunds If something happens to your clothes and becomes damaged they will not assume any responsability and they will not refund you. You can pay and leave with your destroyed things. Its a one way street - "yes we broke your stuff but its not our fault and we wont refund you not even the cleaning charges" Dont waste your money or risk having a problem with them. Will never go back
Very overpriced and not the greatest quality work. I thought I could save a couple bucks by going off island but the surprise repair charges were much higher than expected.
Good dry cleaning, free parking. Clothing alterations, and safety boots sold.
