Nettoyeur DDO came highly recommended by friends for my wedding dress. I live in Hampstead and made my way to Dollard to get it cleaned. There was so much dirt at the bottom not to mention red wine on the back. I was worried because of the decorations. They got everything cleaned. Like new! I can’t recommend this place enough.

What an great place. Excellent service and good pricing. My wife also had her wedding dress cleaned here and it looked brand new. I highly recommend Nettoyeur D.D.O for anyone looking to get high end service at a great price!

My daughter brought in her bridesmaid's dress to Nettoyeurs DDO 3 days before her sister's wedding, in the hopes that Rishi (the owner) could undo the damage that a different dry cleaner had done to her dress. The dress had numerous white patches and spots, which if couldn't be removed, made the dress unwearable. Rishi took it upon himself to immediately start the process of analyzing the stains, and worked on the dress all day, treating it 3 times and finally being able salvage it. He did an excellent job, called us as promised by the end of the day to tell us the good news and delivered a perfectly cleaned, steamed dress. The service was exceptional. I would recommend Nettoyeurs DDO to anyone who wants efficient, timely and professional service, and someone who goes out of his way to help those in last-minute predicaments.

I'm not the type to write reviews and wasn't planning on it but the owner of this place really didn't leave me any choice, and I will let everyone here decide for themselves. I was a a regular customer at Nettoyeur D.D.O for a year and never had any issues until one day I take a sweater to get it made smaller, I showed the lady working behind the counter and she quoted me 12 dollars as the price which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my sweater a couple of days later I was asked to pay 15 dollars for the alteration, where I asked why the price had changed from the quote and receipt they gave me. She then told me that the owner saw the quote and decided to change it to the higher price, as a month back I had a similar job done and it cost 15. I then tried to explain that this was not a valid reason to change the agreed price of a job without notifying me or asking me before hand, you can't quote a customer a price and then change it without telling them because previously something similar was more expensive. Out of principle I refused to pay the extra charge and asked to speak with the owner where she put me on the phone with him. He was very rude and confronting and didn't apologize to me for A) raising the price that was quoted to me and B) not notifying me by phone that this price was going to happen. I have honestly never been spoken to in such a rude manner by a service business owner before... especially when the mistake was clearly his... and over what? 3 dollars? I kept insisting that I will not pay the extra charge and then he finally agreed. Of course after this experience, they lost a loyal customer as I was never going to give them my business again, so I went to a nearby dry cleaners to get my shirts ironed. When I went to pick them the lady behind the counter was really embarrassed and said, "sorry this place has the same owner as the other one and he asked us to not serve you again" honestly when I heard that I laughed out load, I thought the owners handling of his own mistake the first time and the way he talked to me was bad enough, but then he puts a note on my file that I should never be served again (not that I would give him another cent of my money)? Talk about the worst customer service in history. At first I wasn't going to write a review or make a big deal out of it but I just can't let him get away with this. He is clearly a bully and a terrible business owner and I will make sure I tell this story to every single person I know that lives in the area to never give him their business.

Excellent customer service!! They also cleaned my wedding dress beautifully.
