We went to Nespresso at Fairview and the customer service was just wonderful. We were helped by two people: Arielle and Jennifer. We explained our issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They helped us pick our new machine and remained transparent in their answers for all of our questions. We left so happy with our new machine and they threw in extra coffee for us to try based on our likes. Thank you again for all your help, we truly appreciate your trust and kindness. Oliver & Megan
Terrible service, entered the Nespresso Pointe Claire store 8 minutes before closing and asked to taste the new limited edition pumpkin spice flavour, while waiting to buy my coffee. The lady at the counter told me she won't serve me as they are closing. No other explanation or apologies. I'm a Nespresso customer for already 15-16 years and would have never expected such lack of client care and inadequate service. Honestly, I felt unwelcome, as if I was intruding in their routine. It's actually the second time this happened to me in this store. I go to other stores, like Nespresso @Promenades St-Bruno, and the service is excellent as it should be. Avoid this one and go to other Nespresso stores if you want an enjoyable experience and great service
Worst customer service ever! The pods are quite pricey! They never give you sample pods and I cannot reach their Marketing Department to ask why I had to go through loops in order to get the discount for Black Friday when I ordered my pods late in the evening on Thursday!
You cannot talk to someone in your city....only someone I Mongolia and you can't understand them. Very unprofessional. I will stop buying nespresso and go with keurig
Such amazing customer experience here at a Nespresso. They have consistently setting the bar for amazing client care. They make it super easy to choose and get the coffee you are looking for. They give great suggestions for your coffee needs. I highly recommend this location for your Nespresso purchases.
I have nothing but praise for Eliza at the Nespresso Boutique at Fairview. She was pleasant, polite and very helpful. When I was buying pods,I mentioned the problems I was having with my machine.She checked my file and told me it was still under warranty. I bought my machine back and she replaced it with a new one. I believe in giving credit, where credit is due. Thank you Eliza for being so attentive.
I've always had fabulous service at this Boutique as well as the one on Crescent street, downtown. I've never had to wait that long, even during peak periods. The staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful.
I recently had the pleasure of being taken care of by both Arielle and Azzam. I must say that although I have always had fantastic service in store the Nespresso customer care over the phone is awful. Arielle and Azzam were informative, helpful and more importantly creative in solving my issues. Great job and team effort at the Fairview Pointe Claire location.
I've been here on three separate occasions, at different times of day and week day vs. weekends...each time, I'm disappointed. This must be my least favorite Nespresso location, by far. Every time I've entered this store, I literally stand for a while and wait to be helped, no one comes. I'm a VERY easy-going customer and know which coffees I'd like to purchase ahead of time. I found that waiting at the Tasting area, after a while, someone from behind the counter will call someone over to assist me. It's not for lack of staff, either. It seems like some employees would rather group themselves and discuss their weekend plans vs. assisting customers. Considering I've been to other locations and have been promptly greeted and served, I'm surprised by their lack of service. Meanwhile, while waiting at the counter, I notice that older customers are greeted and served immediately upon entering the store...very frustrating, considering we purchase several boxes of coffee each visit! The best of the day: upon asking for my coffee sample to go, I wasn't even given a lid! I'm all for minimal waste, but it goes to show how "good" the service is at this location!
Terribly long wait, 2 staff members helping 1 person instead of clearing the line. No one was in training. I got home and they did not even complete my order correctly. Now I am waiting on hold on the phone for over 45 minutes because I was charged for everything and did not receive it. *update* after 58 minutes on hold they hung up on me.
