Best powersports dealer experience so far (bought from over 5 powersports dealerships)! Bought a motorcycle here at this dealership and from beginning to end my experience was flawless. I dealt with Brad in sales. He made it very easy to set everything up and did all of the leg work for me! I didn't even have to do much of anything. Class Act Service! Then service did an amazing job of helping me equip my new trailer to be safe to tow my new dirt bike. The piece of mind Jerry and the nice gentlemen from parts department gave me to get my bike secure Before I left was amazing. Not only did they assemble one motorcycle wheel chalk holder on my trailer, but they did the second one for when I would tow an additional bike. They went out of there way to help and words cannot express how greatful I am for their excellence of service. Thank you guys for helping me feel safe for a 2.5 hour drive. I truely cannot speak highly enough for how great my experience was here, I will surely be back in the future!

We came just to look at motorcycles. We received a lot of helpful information from non-pushy salesmen, and will probably be back next week to purchase. They seemed honest about financing and discounts.

In September 2016 I called to schedule service on my seadoo Spark that was still under warranty. The check in was easy. I dropped off just mine and kept our other one to enjoy the rest of the season. Mine was having an issue where the IBR kept faulting and it would throw a check engine light. Weeks turned into a month and I heard nothing. I reached out to get an update and was told they were super busy and would reach out to me at the end of the following week. This trend continued for another month-no calls at all. It was finally November and I had hear absolutely nothing. I called to get an update and schedule a time to drop off the other for winterizing. When I dropped that one off I said to winterize mine when they fixed it. Another month and a half passed with no call. I called at the end of December, frustrated. The lack of communication was unacceptable. I was never ONCE called. I always had to make contact. I finally had gotten so frustrated that they said they would "store them for free for the season" that was an excuse for them to get me to stop calling. March came up and I called to pick them up. I was told mine was fixed. They claimed the work was all covered under warranty and that they would waive the cost of winterization. I was very pleased and felt they had gone above my expectations to redeem themselves from the half year headache they put me through... I picked them up and brought them home where they sat in my secured pole barn until early June. We took them out and when we put mine into the water we discovered that it had no steering. We immediately attempted to doc the seadoo, but discovered that in addition to not having any steering it also had zero throttle response and was hardly able to make it back on to the trailer. It was in the water for all of 7 minutes. We were able to figure out the steering issue- they never re-connected it. I called, obviously livid, and demanded that THEY come pick them up. The next day I was called with a quote. They said the impeller and wear ring were damaged beyond repair. $600 to fix. I was so frustrated that I had to tell them I'd call them back. In the 7 months they had it they didn't even look to see if perhaps that was the cause for the check engine and IBR fault. We still don't even know if they actually performed ANY service what so ever on either seadoo. We will have to bring BOTH to another dealer to have them both inspected to ensure they will be seaworthy. I called and told them I wasn't comfortable with them doing any repairs to them (I didn't trust them to do it due to the history we've been through) and when I said that they replied with a request for a diagnostic fee. That spun me into another dimension of pissed off. They were asking me to pay for a diagnostic that should have been done when they supposedly fixed the ibr fault AND when they supposedly did their winterization/inspection (over 7 months they had it and had known the issues it had when I gave it to them) My advice to anyone who is considering Nelsons is to stay FAR away. Every person is in their own world. There's ZERO communication between any individual there and they obviously aren't doing the work they claim to be doing. I now have to reach out to seadoo and notify them that Nelsons likely billed them for warranty work that they didn't even do. They may think they did me a favor for not billing me for whatever "work" they claim to have done, but in fact they cost me much more in my time, headaches and trips to their shop. Thankfully for both parties they will NEVER see me again. I had full intentions of purchasing our side by side from them shortly after we had purchased the seadoos, but I will literally travel to the other side of the country to buy one before spending another dime here. Good luck to anyone who uses them. If you have had a good experience that's great. I'm not sure what made our particular situation so difficult for them.
