The Best River Rafting in the Nelson Area

Story

The Salmo River has some of the best whitewater in BC from May until mid-July; and, the Slocan River has warm water, great scenery and some great class 2 & 3 rapids. This trips is available from June until Labour Day.
We also have a gentle float and Inflatable Kayak tours.

Transportation is provided to and from the Prestige Lakeside Resort in Nelson.

Good value, and great staff,our group of seven all enjoyed our trip, and some of them were repeat customers. This was great for slightly nervous wife and ten year old son, just enough rapids for a thrill. If you're looking for big adventure, you may be disappointed, it's a bunch of class two, and one class three,when we went in high water. May be different in lower water. Overall very happy with this outfit!

I went whitewater rafting here with my young nephews and my dad and it was great for everyone. The guides do a great job making sure everyone has fun and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs. Great place and I recommend to anyone.

Ray and Betty: This was a bucket list for us and it was the best day well organized fun...the guides were awsome fun to be with. the only thing is maybe down the road the guides could ware video cameras or Fanny could have a video zoom camera so there would be real close ups and you could hear the screams and laughter. But all all it was great. Will be back with the family and grandkids.😄👍

Helpful, friendly, organized employees. Only sit on kayaks available. A bit busy, so you may have to wait for your turn. Beautiful lake to paddle.
