The best place to camp and watch your favorite bands play...heck even willie Nelson played here a few years back
One of the best festival grounds I've seen in the Tri-state area.
I was going to rate this place one star after one horrible occasion but after careful consideration it deserves Ten stars. If anyone would enjoy to hear my short stories and input like I do yours read further on friends. Ever since I was able to band with friends I've been going there since thirteen up until I was 25. I haven't went back for seven years now and don't plan on it until the place revitalizes to it's former self when it was enjoyable, inclusive, free spirited, loving and free of Federal tyranny. Ironically the place was mostly safe until the health department and local judicial system among other federal agencies stepped in. I don't blame the lack in hospitality and logical reasoning on the hosts of the camp. I blame it all on the government cornering them, dictating to them for the sole purpose oftaking advantage of people who go there
Always a good time. Family friendly camping sections are available, but if you don't want your sleep interrupted, and you don't like a party, make sure you're not there on a festival weekend. Otherwise, party on and enjoy !!
Great place for a day trip. Haven't camped here yet so I don't have an opinion but the little convenience shop is such a nice feature. The water here looks very clean and they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds clean as well. Excited to come back and camp later this Summer!
The rock formations here are just breath taking! Our dog loves it here too! You feel like you’re walking through a fairy land with all the moss and rocks! I would highly recommend hiking here!
A gorgeous area! You can do an easy hike or climb rocks and challenge yourself. Some of the areas between the rock ledges are very cool...a welcome respite if you go on a hot day. It's unfortunate that some people leave litter cans and bottles on the trails. Wish I had had a bag with me to pick it up.
Loved it here. This was my first time going and it was a blast. Not what I expected at all. It was $10 for the day which I didn't know aboit. But when you get in there you see they're very staffed and have employees everywhere. We were on the beach most of the time and didn't do a bunch of exploring. But we did do the cliff jump which was awesome. The beach was super clean. The staff is super friendly and funny. They crack jokes and it genuinely feels like they love working there. I'm definitely going back to camp for a weekend and explore on the trails. Make the trip you won't regret it.
The place is huge. There is a lot to exsplore. The park is big enough to have lunch and make a day of it. The camping area is where you go to pay and go swimming. I've never personally swam there. But if you spend enough time in the ledges you can see where the swimming area is looks fun.
AMAZING!! Always an amazing time with beautiful shows!! The campsites and woods are so much fun to explore, the music is always funky, the quarry's always clean and cool!!! Nothing beats going to the ledges for a music festival!! Everyone is family there. It's like our own little slice of Woodstock, but without the state of emergency!!
