I made the big mistake of not going to my usual threading parlour and instead coming here! Now I'm left with horribly thin and generic-shaped eyebrows that will take months to even out, despite my clear request for just a clean-up. Neelam tried to give the excuse that she 'had' to thin out both to make up for an apparent gap! I've been doing my eyebrows for 20 years and have never had this issue. If she did notice something, she should have at least asked if I'm open to changing . Also note that the place is really untidy.

Hey, I saw a comment here about the salon being transphobic! I was really interested in trying the services here! Is that true ? Are you guys really being that hateful towards trans women ? Because if so, you lost a potential customer here! Pls comment on it

Excellent service & extremely good price! Neelam is sweet & very professional. She did a fantastic job threading my eyebrows. I am here visiting my kids so I will make a point of getting my brows done here everytime I visit.

She is very sweet and quick. I said I was growing my brows and I just wanted a clean up and I find she made them a lot smaller and a weird shape, not following where the arch is naturally. I really wanted to like this place based on the reviews and whatnot but the shaping and only checking in once the hair was already gone was disappointing.

She is so quick! She did a perfect job threading my eyebrows, i couldnt stop looking at them in the mirror. By far the best threading i've ever had and only $7. Its better to bring cash, although to use their debit machine its an extra $2 which is cheaper than pulling out cash from most atm's that are not from your bank.

This is the first time I have ever tried threading after years of waxing. Neelam is amazing, gentle and very diligent with her work - furthermore, the prices are incredible. I whole heartedly recommend her. I had an amazing experience!

Neelam is my new GOTO to get my brows perfectly done, she is perfectionist and the result is always amazing. The price are reasonable and the salon very clean.
