We purchased a Boston Whaler and a trailer from them and had exceptional service. We often visit for parts and advice. Very friendly staff and knowledgable.

Received great service from Hollie at Needham's Marine. When I ordered a replacement navigation  light for my boat the light that was delivered was faulty. I notified Needham's and Hollie chased it back to the manufacturer who would not replace it under warranty. However, Needham's themselves covered the  cost of a new replacement and sent it to me free of charge. I received it today and all is good. I recommend Needham's and Hollie in particular for great customer service.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. 
We called with an electrical problem on a Doral on Monday Aug 7. At Sarnia bay Marina... Hollie was congenial and sent Jamie out that afternoon to find that the part was scarce. Your marina ordered it and we were back on the water the next day.... 
We would like to thank all involved for there GREAT customer service. As a p.s though we sheared a prop so our trip to your area was cut short.
