Unless you are a licensed electrician with 20 years experience the staff here will talk down to you. if you dont know the exact part numbers you need go elsewhere. I went in here to buy some electrical switches and boxes and wire. The young girl who served me was so rude always rolling her eyes even after I told her that I wasn't an electrician but I knew which parts I needed. She was very rude when I told her I needed 12 feet of wire she looked at me at said we only sell it in meters. When I asked her for a 3 way switch she looked at me and said which one we have hundreds. Maybe its because shes young or she was having a bad day but still no way to talk down to people you never know how the person across the counter is. From that day on starting going elsewhere for my elec supplies and found local stores in Ottawa that are much cheaper then here
