I don't want to be mean, but these employees...I don't think they've gone past a grade 8 education. They have ZERO customer service skills. Basic conversation skills are not part of their offerings. It's actually incredible how bad it is. They'd be perfect in a soup kitchen. This happens every time I've called them. I leave em for 6 months and try again. Same nonsense. Cringeworthy. Management/owners of this business....you get what you pay for!

Worst B2B experience I've ever had and not just from one guy! I've been there 3 times plus tried to get a quote over the phone once…never going back again. Each time I went in I asked for help to find something (I was the only customer in at the time) and it was like I was the worst thing to happen to the guys day…"oh no, I have to help a customer. I thought I was getting payed to sit behind this counter and drink coffee". Gerrie Electric has much better service. Just up the road from this place. For what it's worth my recommendation is to avoid this place.
