NBT Bank of Oneonta (East)

The bank as a whole, NBT, doesn’t work with you as a person. They don’t even try to work with you to understand your situation or try see if there’s another way that can help. They simply say, no, sorry. No explanation. I have never been treated like that at a bank and will definitely be staying with my current bank.

The bank tellers has always treated my husband and I with respect and courtesy. Thank you Stephanie, Lisa, and Farrah. You ladies make it easy to bank. Thank you.

Don’t go to this branch and expect quality customer service. One branch in the area that can accommodate customers needs and it has no hours on weekends. After 12 years with the company I will be closing my account in the very near future for a bank that can provide quality service.

I don’t know how to get my online banking to work so I never know how much $ I have in the bank so it pisses me off inside I need help but with this whole COVID 19 it’s hard to talk to someone to fix my problem
