I think you should really communicate to your employees to be civil on the road and learn how to read road signs when driving your company vehicles.nnMy wife drives an electric vehicle and was on the express lane on highway 25 and one of your incompetent employees began harassing her on the road for driving in this lane which she is allowed to drive in by law.nnIf your incompetent employees can drive your vehicles, they should understand the highway safety code. Terrible. They charge inflated prices for subpar service. I had a problem with my fridge - fridge's temperature dropped, so I called Navada. They sent a technician to look at it. He spent 45-60 minutes inspecting it and told me that the expansion valve is defective and needed to be replaced. For this, Navada charged me $450. One week later I received a quote to replace the valve at another $2200+tx, and if refrigerant should be needed, that would cost extra as well.nnI decided to call the local refrigeration company for a second opinion, and received excellent service. The technician determined that the fridge's compressor didn't have enough refrigerant. After filling the compressor with refrigerant and calibrating it, my fridge is as good as new. Had I given the job to Navada, I would have spent close to $3000, if not more to replace a working expansion valve. Ridiculous.nnI don't know how this company can justify their inflated prices with bad service in these tough times. Would not recommend.
