My son got married this past weekend and my daughter-in-law, all of her bridesmaids, her mother and I spent the morning of the wedding at Natural Beauty getting pampered. It was a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in! Everyone in the salon was so accommodating, helpful and fun. I forgot to mention that the day before they called to see if we needed anything for the big day like food, drinks, etc...amazing! While we were there they let us take over the place and made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. The brides hair and makeup was absolutely stunning as was the rest of the bridal party and mothers. They made us all feel important and special on such an important day! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! Thank you to all the girls at Natural Beauty!!!!

Kacey did an excellent job on my poor, lifeless hair! I felt special from the time I walked in! Kacey also was so nice to talk to and she helped me decide exactly what to do with my hair. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. This is the best haircut, color and style I've ever had!

I moved to BR two years ago. I had been going to an Aveda salon for 16 years, and definitely wanted to keep going to one. I assumed I'd have to find one in Grand Rapids. So I was so happy to find out there was one right in downtown BR; Natural Beauty! From the beggining I was so pleased with the expertise of the stylists, as well as the super positive and kind atmosphere. So much so that I eventually started working there! The ladies at Natural beauty stay on trend, as well as provide a wonderful experience for each client. The best in BR 💗

Seriously unimpressed with this salon. They cancelled my bridal party's nail appointment because we "didn't confirm the appointment." We confirmed the appointment when we made the appointment. Its less than a month away and now I have to find a new salon. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will make sure all of our neighbors on the lake know what an unprofessional salon it is.
