I used auto deduct for years from Nationwide. No real issues except that they'd randomly sign me up for random things I didn't ask for and make my policy skyrocket. At the end when I bought a new car the insurance went from 60ish a month to 214 a month when the car itself costs 257 a month. So I immediately cancelled with them. They still demanded 103 dollars for "services rendered prior to switching my insurance" . Yeah right. Nice services. They have no way to pay online, so I called them the day before the apparently randomly-switched-to-not-auto-deduct bill, they took my card over the phone and never actually charged my account so it went to collections, which negatively affects my credit. I called to have them check on it and they claim they have no record of me ever making a payment. Forget Nationwide. They're terrible. I hope they read this and lose business due to it, they deserve that much. Forget these people.
I've been with them since I started driving and will be with them until I no longer need insurance or they no longer offer it. Amazing fast service and the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with on anything.
