We've always had good experience at National Vacuum. This time, our central vacuum stopped working, we brought it to the shop around 11, got a call about an hour later with cost to repair, by 2pm, we picked it up. Excellent service, great communication. Thanks Shawn & Al.
5 Stars. I took my vacuum in for repair and got a call 2 days later to say they could not fix it didn't have the parts. I picked up the vacuum expecting a diagnostic fee, no charge. Not many businesses would do this. Friendly staff and great communication skills. If i ever need anything else i will be sure to go there....
