National Storage Centers - Rockford

Very simple leasing process. Shelli was friendly and helpful. It's nice that they require and set me up with storage insurance. I highly recommend using them.

Terrible. The worst customer service I've received in years. Random late fees assessed for online payments because the payment made through their online service was somehow $12 short. Late fees assessed after a 6 month pre-payment without notification or so much as a phone call. I'm guessing the owner of this business is more accustomed to running payday loan facilities than a reputable business. Avoid avoid avoid. I would have been a customer for years. Instead, I'm borrowing a trailer and getting my stuff out of there.

I had checked the 3 city area around me. This facility was in the mid price range but the customer service was exceptional. Every time I called my questions were answered and once I rented, Shelli went above and beyond. I am very impressed and I hope I can recommend many new customers to this facility.

Had to rent a truck one week and a trailer the next. Shelly answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I was so thankful to have someone who made renting a truck and trailer go so smooth..if only moving furniture was that easy!!

Shelli was so helpful! I'm glad I chose National Storage Centers of Rockford to store my belongings while moving. I'll be sure to recommend this location to friends and family.
