My husband purchased my engagement ring from Kevin. According to him, he was fantastic to work with and my husband didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. Kevin was very detailed and particular with the ring design. My engagement ring is better than I could have imagined! I constantly get complimented on it. Going to Kevin for our wedding bands was a no brainer. He helped me select a band when I was debating between two different styles an all marquis eternity band or an alternating marquis and round eternity band. My husband chose a beautiful, classic band. Kevin had so many samples that we were able to try on to make sure we were happy with our choice. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just super easy to deal with. Both rings were ready sooner than we anticipated and the prices were very reasonable. When Kevin’s assistant texted us to let us know the rings were ready, she sent me photos and videos of the rings, which was so nice of her! Overall, we’ve had such great experiences with National Jewel Creations. We highly highly recommend National Jewel Creations. Our rings are absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Kevin!
I can't begin to describe how amazing Kevin and the National Jewel Creations team are. From the moment we met Kevin, my fiancee and I knew that he was the person we wanted to work with. His attention to detail coupled with the fact that we never felt as if we were being pushed to make a decision, really put our minds at ease knowing that we were in good hands. When I went to pick up the ring, I was speechless. It was perfect. Kevin communicated promptly and was always helpful in making sure that the ring was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend working with Kevin 150% and look forward to creating our wedding bands with him in the coming years!
I can’t begin to explain the amazing experience I have had with National Jewel Creations. A few months ago, my friend asked me to come along to help custom design an engagement ring for his girlfriend. We were beyond impressed with the service Kevin provided us with. Kevin really took his time to explain everything that goes into picking a diamond and designing a ring. It turned out even better than we could have imagined. I came back last week to get a band made for myself, it was ready to pick up one week later and it is even better than the picture I showed him. Kevin is very reasonable with his pricing, he pays attention to every detail, the quality of the products are absolutely incredible, he is so easy to work with and everything gets done quickly. I can’t wait to come back to design my wedding bands. Kevin always understands the assignment and I can’t recommended National Jewels enough. Thank you Kevin!!!
I love my engagement ring! It is absolutely perfect! My fiancé told me about his wonderful experience in dealing with Kevin at National Jewel Creations. Kevin was very responsive throughout the process which made the experience great! We will go back to them for our wedding bands!
Kevin was so great to work with, he found the perfect diamond and helped design our dream ring! He was easy to text with and responded quickly, and once we found the right diamond the rest of the process went very quickly!
I am obsessed with my engagement ring! Its more than perfect. Kevin is respectful, knowledgable and, was super responsive throughout the entire process.The ring turned out better than we imagined. We went to multiple jewellers before him and he is simply put, the best. I would recommend him to anyone. We will definitely be going back to him for wedding bands..and more!
This is a longer overdue review that I promised Kevin after my appreciation for his service. TL:DR Kevin is the most patient and accommodating diamond dealer. If you know your partner is the one but don't know if the diamond is the right one, talk to Kevin! Any gentleman that needs to hear the hard truth about engagement ring shopping needs to hear it from Kevin. I personally contacted several diamond dealers in Toronto and Kevin was actually the only one that replied me with a personalized message which I greatly appreciated. This was a great start. Kevin was pleasant to talk to in person from the very beginning. I myself had an idea of what I wanted but already indulged into all the marketing information available online. Kevin was very respectful in telling me the true meaning of my research and what really matters. Not to mention he respected the budget I had in mind. One of the great things about shopping in person was definitely seeing the diamonds in person. Kevin, showed us some diamonds that varied in dimensions, shape, and colour. This really opened my eyes to what was important to me instead of trying to narrow down 10,000 diamonds through filters online. Kevin's message was always consistent and genuine. He has the customers best interests at heart but is also willing to accommodate and work with you to yield complete satisfaction. My personality is very particular about subtle things that I pick up on details that other people might not find that important or care less for. Kevin was still very patient despite this making sure I was completely satisfied with my nonsense questions and requests. I know most people like to shop around to see their options however after the conversation with Kevin I put a deposit down during the first consultation because I really felt the sincerity and the passion about getting it done right. Ring completion had a short turn around time and it did not skip on quality. The ring turned out even more beautiful than I thought. Kevin's advice on what setting would bring the best brilliance and overall aesthetic was spot on. My Fiancée said yes and was very happy with the ring as she knew I would've put hours of thought into picking the right diamond to set in the ring and was very appreciative of Kevin for advising me through my find the perfect ring madness. I will be returning Kevin to design our wedding bands! Cheers Kevin!
I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée and Kevin was great to deal with. Communication was great through texting and calling and he accommodated my urgent need for a ring even though I gave him short notice. He made it happen. Other jewelers quoted me extremely high compared to Kevin's price. The best part about Kevin's diamonds is that they're less expensive and even at a lower clarity level, his diamonds look much better than other diamonds with "higher clarity" at the other stores I've been to. For example, clarity is very important to me so I wanted a flawless clarity diamond, but I also had a budget. Kevin showed me a VS1 in my price range and it was the most sparkly and clear diamond I've seen thus far. Of course inclusions are visible if you magnify the diamond with a picture or other device, but with the naked eye it looks flawless. Another great thing about National Jewel Creations is that Kevin has all sorts of diamonds onsite. Other jewelers usually don't have all types of diamonds available on the day of appointment which could be very frustrating, but Kevin has a whole binder full of different types of diamonds. I would save yourself the hassle of shopping around and just go to National Jewel Creations for your next diamond. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a diamond purchase.
I would highly recommend Kevin and National Jewel Creations. I looked around quite a bit before deciding to have him do my rings, and the results exceeded all of my expectations! He made the process so easy and really listened to what I wanted. He is very trustworthy, and the workmanship is second to none.
