I phoned them to cancel my furnace protection plan b/c, unbeknownst to me, someone in my family had already signed up for another plan. I spoke to Al and he was very helpful; he understood and cancelled the plan. I still have their water heaters and they are good. Thank you to Al.
Worst Company ever. Do not do business with these clowns! I have a crappy water heater from them and wanted to switch to a more efficient unit...they are claiming there is $1000 termination fee... I said and how long am I stuck with this piece of crap then? As long as it still runs, or we can't repair it....Nice service.
