It's clean, most machines are up to date, perhaps not the most top of the line, but certainly adequate for my needs.  The front desk people are friendly and helpful. I don't know how it is at the busiest times, we're retired so we can pick our times.

I really like going here. I like how I can go in at any time, plug in, and work out. No one bothers me and I know that the machines will be in decent shape.

Love my gym. I've had a few issues with some of the other attendee's, but that isn't the NFRC's fault. I love their equipment and the environment.
