Unbelieveable how long we had to wait, before we got our rental car. It takes more then a half hour to get everything sorted. I made a reservation , with all details and information, and still takes serious long to get the keys of the car. Please national and enterprise, work on this, specially when you not the first person, it takes about 1 hour waiting. Come on, you can do faster. This was at prague airport, czech republic

My first experience with this National rental office was absolutely stellar. The lady who greeted us was so gracious, intelligent, and friendly; she left a lasting impression. Then she offered us chocolate! The auto we were given was a Skoda Kodiaq RS which was such a wonderful machine to tour Europe. Unfortunately it is not sold in the USA under the VW badge, so I guess I will have to move my family to Czechia to purchase one. We look forward to doing business with this National office soon.
