Dr. Thomas and his staff are wonderful! Kate and Debbie took care of me during a routine wire change today and they were both amazing! I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. They appreciate your time and keep things moving along.

I had a recent experience with another Ortho Harrington Orthodontics which is local to me. That experience was less than stellar - frankly less than anyone should have to endure from a medical professional.nnI made the decision which was both time consuming and financially impactful to switch Orthodontists 6 months into treatment with the other said office the investment financially would not be refunded, as well as time being that their office is very close to me and Dr. Thomas is a 20 min drive each way. Even my first consult with Dr. Thomas made me feel at ease with his office. He was both kind and empathetic to the situation I was coming from. I had a long road ahead and seeing the difference from office to office I now know what great hands I am in. We removed the braces from the previous office, allowed my teeth to stabilize and then started completely over.nnDr. Thomas takes his time and really puts all that he has into his patients and ensuring their smile and end goals are clear and articulated in a way that I could understand. Now, being well into my treatment with this office I couldn't recommend them more. I feel informed, respected and know this is the type of experience everyone should have - especially when it comes to something as important as your smile!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Thomas is amazing! I went to get a second opinion from him for starting Invisalign and am so happy I did. The total cost was substantially less than the was the other orthodontist I was referred to quoted. He is incredibly professional, to the point, and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. There was no unnecessary frill with him, simply getting the job done and getting it done well. I highly recommend him and his staff! Extremely glad I went and got a second opinion from him! 10/10

My son had a band come loose, he was very upset, took him in yesterday to get it fixed. The young ladies working on him were so fun with him, it made him comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Caitlyn and Debbie you girls rock!!

Very kind and professional staff. Dr. Thomas has a gentle approach to orthodontics that, while maybe not the right fit for every situation, is just what we were looking for with our younger children. The evaluation and follow up process is very thorough, allowing for a child’s full development. They truly desire to follow your child along as they grow to make sure they’re getting all the treatment they need, and nothing they don’t. Highly recommend.
