It's honestly so pretty especially at this time of the year. People are allowed to currently skate here with the supervision of some officials. Everyone I saw there had a mask on and were social distancing. It's also a plus that there are food trucks just at the front incase you need a quick snack after skating the winter blues away!
People skating there even in corona lockdown so that was nice to see you have to book in advance
2020.10.15. I had a walk today after a whole rainy day. Destination was Nathan Phillips Square. Beautiful night after the rain. Temperature was 11 degrees. No wind. A very acceptable atmosphere for walking. Everything quiet and clean.
It's a very good rink, and it's beautiful but it's too busy even during Covid-19.
An iconic spot for tourists. In the summer the "pond" is filled with water and in the winter it is an ice skating rink. All this spot needs is a cafe booth. There are a few outdoor vendors to grab a bite. It's usually quite busy especially during events.
Nice way to celebrate the new year coming in during these tough times. Great lights and great set up.
The famous toronto sign is here. During winter it turns in to a skating rink as well. Has a lot of space if you just want to see people skating as well. Offers skates for renting as well.
